Order Processing

  • Standard Orders: Processing typically takes 1-3 business days.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

 

Shipping Options

  • Expedited Shipping: Delivery within 2-3 business days after processing.

 

Shipping Fees

  • Free Standard Shipping: Orders over $100 qualify for free standard shipping within the U.S.
  • Orders Under $100: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

 

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. Use this number to track your package on the carrier’s website.

 

Delivery Locations

Currently, we ship within the United States only. We’re working on expanding to international shipping in the near future.

 

Incorrect Address

If you’ve entered an incorrect shipping address, contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.

  • If your order has already shipped, we cannot change the address, and you’ll need to contact the postal carrier directly.

 

Lost or Stolen Packages

  • Lost Packages: If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your package, contact us within 48 hours. We’ll help you file a claim with the carrier.
  • Stolen Packages: LushStonz is not responsible for stolen packages but will assist you in filing a claim.

 

Delayed Shipments

Delays due to weather, holidays, or carrier issues may occur. If your package is delayed, please contact us, and we’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

 

 

Return & Exchange Policy

We take pride in the quality of our jewelry and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Below are the details of our return and exchange policies.

 

Eligibility for Returns

  • Can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • Condition: Returned items must be in new, unworn condition with original packaging and tags intact.

 

Items That Cannot Be Returned

  • Final sale items.

 

Return Process

  1. Initiate a Return: Contact us with your order number and reason for the return.
  2. Approval: Once approved, you’ll receive a Return Authorization and shipping instructions.
  3. Shipping: Ship the item back to us using your preferred carrier. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

 

Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error.

 

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item:

  1. Contact us to initiate the exchange process.
  2. Ship the original item back to us following the return process.
  3. Once the original item is received, we’ll ship the exchange item.

 

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Provide your order number and photos of the damaged item.
  3. We’ll offer a replacement, repair, or full refund at no additional cost.
